Who is angry with his former party because he lost his state's Senate primary election to another more Progressive Democrat who was against the war. And
Joe lied his ass off to win the General Election, by convincing people in Connecticut that he was against the Iraq War and wanted to bring our troops home.
Joe Lieberman will say anything, pander to anyone, and stab anybody in the back to support his number one priority, Israel. In the interview above, he said that the US staying in Iraq (to protect Israel) was more important than health care reform, strengthening Social Security or any other critical issue facing America. Joe puts the interests of another nation above the interests of America. He is despicable. Joe is completely fucked up. And most moderate Democrats and Independent voters agree with me, that Lieberman is absolutely wrong on the Iraq War.
George Bush and John McCain.....wrong then and wrong now.

The Senator was reelected because he has taken a strong principled stand seeking victory in the war against the Islamic extremists who continue to wage war against America. It's really too bad the Democratic Party is now controlled by the same type of left-wing Liberal/Progressive radicals that tried, and failed, to defeat Senator Lieberman. Lieberman's description of the small left-wing cabal that has steered the Democratic Party away from Kennedy's "pay any price, bear any burden," is exactly right.

How about McCain - Lieberman? Neither Clinton nor Obama represent real change, just more of the same partisan bickering we have had. A President who will work
for the good of the country represents REAL change versus the partisan, lefty politics we have been putting up with over the past 5 years or so, and McCain is
the only candidate that brings that to the table.

You guys are extreme contortionists when you try to call McSame/Bush the "real change" candidates. Nothing could be further from the truth and more
illustrative of the desperation of the GOP pundits. The "Change Train" is coming down the tracks, straight at the GOP and Obama is driving . And

I'm not convinced that McCain is going to be a two term president and Lieberman, who I admire for his backbone, standing behind his decision unlike the
rest of the DemoRATics, who have very flexible spines, is nobody I want leading our country. His positions besides foreign affiars are VERY liberal.

What I mean by that is, I actually like Lieberman. His views are probably closer to my own than anyone else (other than foreign policy, I'm also VERY
liberal).
However: not a chance in hell McCain gets elected if he runs with Lieberman. McCain better pick someone with some actual conservative credentials if he wants to win. He is not picking a running mate to help him gain support from the middle. That's where his own support lies. He is looking for a candidate that actually endears him to the right (who dont actually like McCain very much). He's kinda like bizzaro-Obama in this respect...  |

communication skills were up to yours but with my limited education I do the best that I can. I never said I was big and tough in any way, shape, or form and
I don't know where you got that impression from. And in addition, I already explained the "kiss my black ass comment" , perhaps you forgot that
too. And I never said that I was eighty years old. You make up stuff as you go along. I never stated if I was male or female so you don't know what

You can only whine like that in Hartford, not in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles ect. I hope McCain picks Little Joe, it will be the largest Democratic landslide
in election history, but as Zippy pointed out, I doubt the Republican party will let him, he brings very little in terms of demographics strength to the
ticket. Get ready for a Democratic House, Senate and Executive Branch in 2008-2010. If they don't bring real change from the corporate oligarchy,
