Maxine Waters Threatens To Nationalize Oil Industry

Maxine Waters is known for her rants and ravings, well. However, this is one of the first times in my memory that a sitting representative actually openly threatens a private industry with "socializing"/"nationalizing". Does this wild-eyed moonbat really think that the government can somehow do things more efficiently, once they've seized control of one of our most important industries?
