Does Obama Know Who Sets Oil Prices?

Barack Obama today blamed high gasoline prices on Washington and a political establishment that he says hasn't stood up to oil companies. Does Obama have the slightest idea who sets the price of oil?

Someone needs to teach the Senator that the oil companies don't set the price of oil.

Gas prices only spiked, oil prices only spiked when the Democrats took over Congress in 2007.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
